I am a flexible, people-focused and results-driven leader with more than 20 years of experience in national and international business. Throughout my career, I have supported organisations, entrepreneurs and executives in navigating change, strengthening leadership and turning complex challenges into practical progress.
I believe people perform at their best when they feel safe, trusted and valued. My ambition is to create an environment in which individuals can explore their talents, understand their role and take ownership of their contribution. I also spent four years teaching Industrial Engineering as a lecturer at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.

If you catch me outside of work, I'm often surrounded by nature or having fun with my friends and family. Next to this, I have travelled around the world - 21 countries and counting - and am an avid lover of swimming!

Life is an adventure. Being an entrepreneur is part of me and my adventure. Therefore I am involved in several business in different markets and sectors. I do not randomly start a business, every organization reflects a part of me and my passions. Technology, Consultancy, Human Behavior, Personal Development, Marketing, Fun & Humor, Serving people and Delicious Food are all subjects which are part of me.
