My ambition is to inspire teams to explore their talents, to create safety and trust, so the team can benefit from a secure and motivated workspace. Therefore I have been training people as an executive trainer and consultant, next to this I have been teaching at the University of Rotterdam for 4 years as a lecturer - Industrial Engineering.

Privat Life
If you catch me outside of work, I'm often surrounded by nature or having fun with my friends and family. Next to this, I have travelled around the world - 21 countries and counting - and am an avid lover of swimming!
Life is an adventure
Life is an adventure. Being an entrepreneur is part of me and my adventure. Therefore I am involved in several business in different markets and sectors. I do not randomly start a business, every organization reflects a part of me and my passions. Technology, Consultancy, Human Behavior, Personal Development, Marketing, Fun & Humor, Serving people and Delicious Food are all subjects which are part of me.
