Life as an entrepreneur or in a leading position is simply different from that of someone who closes his laptop at 5 p.m. So you want a business coach who knows the tricks of the trade. Who can ask straightforward questions, is powerful enough to provide direction where necessary, and does not arrive with all kinds of tests and homework assignments.
You want a business coach who understands that your business and private life are often connected non-stop. You are looking for a person with whom you can go into depth but who you can also have some fun with and can trust. Above all, a person who ensures that you can continue to make clear choices and who thinks with you about issues that you cannot discuss with your partner at home or with your business partner and colleagues.
Coaching Process
I usually see you every other week, and you can be reached by phone between sessions. This is how we keep communication lines short, open and transparent. Next to my regular work as a multi-entrepreneur, I only coach and guide exclusively two (2) clients. Therefore I cannot honour all coaching requests.
Sometimes I call other professionals or entrepreneurs to assist during my sessions — specialists in their field of expertise to help you move forward. We do what is necessary to achieve sharp insights and visible results.
The investment varies per route. For some clients, I am their sounding board for a couple of days a year, other I coach for a few months or even years. During the intake interview, we discuss what suits you best and what needs to be done to get you a step further in your (business) life.
